Stopping in Sungai Buloh, Gambang and Dengkil, the Shell Rimula CNY Roadshow was completed yesterday after three days of creating awareness for road safety. Organised under the Asian Trucker Drivers Club, the team went to see truckers as they stopped for their breaks. Shell, Tuev Rheinland, GiiB, Sime Darby AutoConnexxion, Ford and Asian Trucker Drivers Club joined forces to make this series of mini-events a success.
The group started the tour on Friday morning on the Rest stop in Sungai Buloh where a lot of truckers were waiting for the driving ban to be over before entering the Klang valley. During this time, the team engaged with them to discuss road safety. Some truckers got some practical tips in regards to tyre management after we found that their pneus are in bad shape. Shell technicians stood by to showcase how Shell Rimula can help to improve the efficiency of modern Diesel engines.
